Does PayPal Charge a Fee When I Withdraw My Earnings?

PayPal, as well as our payment provider (Tipalti) both charge DistroKid a small fee for sending money, which are automatically subtracted from your earnings when you withdraw.

The fee comes out to $1 plus 2% of the transaction, with a maximum ceiling of $2 in the United States, or $21 USD if you're outside the U.S.

If you're wondering how this fee is calculated, it's $1 to Tipalti, then the 2% (with max of $2 (or $20) is charged by PayPal.

Withdrawals over $10,000 (PayPal's maximum per transaction) will be split into multiple transactions.
