Oh Man, I Forgot My Password!

Don't even sweat it, yo. Just click the 'Forgot Password' link in the login box, & you'll get an email with a link to change your DistroKid password. You'll be back to uploading amazing music in no time.

How Do I Change My Email Address?

To change the email address associated with your DistroKid account: When you're logged in, go to Settings (the gear in the upper right), then click Account. You'll be able to change your email address at the top of the next page. Boom.

How Do I Change My Existing Password?

To change your password: Sign out of DistroKid Click the 'Forgot Password' link in the login box. You'll get an email with a link to change your DistroKid password.

What's My Renewal Date?

Your account will automatically renew every year on the date that you signed up to use DistroKid, and made your first payment. We do not send an email prior to charging the renewal fee, so you may just want to make sure your credit card information is up to date....

I Need a Receipt. How Do I Get a Receipt?

Need a receipt for your bookkeeping? No prob! Sign into DistroKid Click Settings ("gear icon") Click Receipts That should have you covered. We're not able to add additional info (like invoice numbers, tax info, etc) to receipts.
